"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3: 5-6
I have read this verse a million times and have had it memorized forever, but as I read it tonight, it was exactly the reminder that I needed. As I leave for Spain tomorrow, there are so many things I could easily be anxious about, but instead I need to trust my God. And I can't just trust him a little bit; I need to trust him with my whole heart!
As I head out on this adventure tomorrow, I ask for your prayers for safety and peace. Please pray that I would not be anxious about anything, but in everything present my requests to God and trust Him. Please pray for the people that I will meet and the experiences that I will have. And pray that I will listen to God's callings and be able to labor for His glory in Spain. And pray for my parents, I don't want them to be worried about me :)
